Our family was invited to have dinner with a family that just moved to the area. They live on five acres and have a chicken farm. Jake and Judd had a BLAST playing with the chickens. Jim was able to catch a picture of Jake holding a chicken. It was a great evening.

Jake's first soft drink. We went to a birthday party and I let him have a Sprite. He was so excited. I decided to take a picture of the momentous occasion in his life.

One of Judd's favorite things to do lately is wear our shoes. He goes into the closet and finds a pair of shoes to wear throughout the house.

Today was Favorite Team Day at VBS. Of course, Anna Kate was a Georgia cheerleader.

Judd loves to "dress up." He will put all kinds of things on to make a great "outfit." It is quite humorous to see what he prefers to wear together.

This is my Father's Day picture. When Jake was two typed a poem for Jim and then put his hand print on it. I decided that I was going to do this for all of teh children when they turn two.

Judd is two so we sat down to do his hand print and this picture describes what transpired. He loves to paint, trace his hand, put his hand prints on paper. I have know idea why he freaked out at this particular moment. It was really sad and then it made me a bit frustrated. Needless to say, mommy won and the hand print was done.

After traveling and being away from each other we decided to have a nice quiet day having out at home and swimming in the pool.

Jake was showing us his canon ball. Did you notice that he isn't swimming with "swimmies?" He is such a big boy now.

While Jim and I were at Youth Camp the kids were staying with Big Buddy and Nana in Atlanta. My came up for a few days to help Nana with the kids. This one of the pictures from her visit with the kids. Judd is playing on a light pole at the Mansion.

Jim and I went to Panama City with out youth. We arrived a day early and this is where we eat lunch on Monday. Sonny's in Panama City Beach! This was a wonderful site.

Tired baby boy! Today was the most amazing ride that we have ever experienced with our children in the car. They all slept for 3 hours. It was AMAZING! We were taking them to meet Nana in Birmingham. She was taking them to Atlanta for the week. I just had to snap a quick picture of this sweet boy.

Playing in the pillows. She does not just like laying down on the pillows she wants to crawl, jump and play hide-n-seek in the pillows. She is a hoot!

Hi Ho Hi Ho it's off to fish they go! Jim took the boys to Realfoot to go fishing. Jake was so excited that he wanted to carry all of the bags to Jim's truck. His enthusiasm was precious.

Another pay of shoes??? Yes. I ran in the Saucony shoes that I described early as feeling like I was "running on clouds." Well I ran 4 miles I was in tears. My ankle hurt so bad I didn't think I was going to be able to walk. The next day I ran in my old Adidas and my ankle was fine. Needless to say, I returned the Saucony shoes and bought a pair of Adidas. I LOVE them! They are the running shoes for me.

It arrived today! My number for the Peachtree arrived in the mail. I am very excited. Can't wait to run! This isn't the best picture but it will have to do for today.

Popsicle are a summertime favorite around here. Jake loves to blow the plastic around after he has finished to popsicle. Look at those eyes! Can I say HANDSOME???

For the past few weeks, I have been dealing with Achilles Tendonitis. I finally went to a store called "Fleet Feet." They watched me run and analyzed my running style. I tried on several pairs of shoes but theses were the best. It felt like I was running on clouds. I can't wait to run with them tomorrow.

Anna Kate loves to lay on pillows. She has been doing this for several weeks and looks so sweet when she is cuddled up on a pillow.

The boys and I decided we wanted cupcakes today. I allowed them to help me and then I introduced them to the best part of cupcakes..."licking the spoon and the bowl." They loved it. A bowl full of cupcake batter right before dinner is always a winner in our home.

While Jake was at VBS and Anna Kate was sleeping, I was able to spend some time with sweet Judd. It was a fun week and a precious time.

However, Judd has this silly obsession with putting stickers all over himself. I don't understand and I don't like picking them up all over the house because they obviously don't stick to skin very well.

These are the things I am going to miss.....

June 2

VBS at Brighton Baptist Church is this week. This is a church two blocks from our house. Jake and the niehgbors participated last year and he loved it so I signed him up again this year. Once again, he had a blast each day. On this particular day he was able to make a VBS shirt. He colored the kangaroos. When I picked him up I told him how much I liked his shirt and he told me that he had to color it "very easy" or it would mess up. Too cute! He is so proud of his shirt. I am sure that it will become a summer favorite.

June 1

Judd's Sunday School teacher bought him a bug catcher several days ago. Of course, my boys thought that frogs would be a better than bugs. I am starting to believe that my 365 project is going to be a National Geographic journal of the frogs found in our yard this year.
